- ETA for personal air freight is within 7-14 working days depends on the location of the sellers & how fast the sellers send out the goods. Place order only if you are willing to wait for the stock arrival.
- There is a possible chance for the items to be delayed for shipment due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, custom check, and etc.
- We will arrange for shipment once all you parcels arrive at the warehouse. Any status will update you via email.
- Any accident, damage, loss, customs confiscated parcels are responsibility of buyers.
- Please be reminded that you must check the product, accessories, quantity, and shipping list of the goods before you sign.
- If the package is damaged, wrong product given, less quantity or product fault, you must notify the respective courier person on the spot and return the entire parcel.
- Buyers must take a photo as a proof and forward the email to firstname.lastname@example.org (Immediately). After receiving parcels for 2 working days, we will not entertain any complain.
- With sufficient information, we will do our best to request compensate on behalf of buyers.
- Once you have confirm the products, quantity or other information is correct as well as the packaging in perfect condition, please sign and accept the parcel.
- Your signatures on the consignment slips state that you have confirmed that the content is correct, we reserved the right not to accept your complaint.
- Therefore, in order to avoid unpleasant experience, or misunderstanding, kindly check the parcel carefully before you sign.

How to trace your parcels:
- Once your parcel send out from China warehouse, you can trace your parcel with Cuckoo Express Tracking Website. Any flight delay or other updates will be appeared in the website.

- After your parcel reached Malaysia, it will only appear in ABX Express Tracking Website. It usually takes 3-4 days to reach ABX Express’ warehouse.

- If you do not received the parcel within the said delivery time, kindly contact ABX Express immediately to search for your parcel. If the parcel is very urgent, you may consider to walk to the nearest branch to retrieve for your parcel.
